Return & Exchange Policy

At Sheen by Shakila, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items can only be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product tag must be intact and not removed. Items with cut or removed tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is incorrect or defective.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or store credit within 3–5 business days.
